Frequency Alchemy A vibrational healing session for the body, mind and energy field Everything in the universe, including you, vibrates at a frequency. When life, stress, grief, heartbreak or old patterns lower your vibration, the body holds it as tension, numbness or stagnation. Frequency Alchemy uses sound, energy medicine and biofield work to bring you back into resonance, often clearing what words alone cannot. What happens in a session: Each session is fully tailored. Drawing on your specific energy field, emotional state and intentions, Stecia may work with singing bowls (Tibetan and crystal), tuning forks, biofield energy work, sound frequencies, flower essences, breath and somatic awareness, all woven into a single coherent session. Modalities woven into each session: Sound healing~Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and vocal toning. Sound frequencies entrain brainwaves, release held tension and shift the nervous system from fight-or-flight into deep rest and receptivity. Tuning forks~Calibrated biofield tuning forks applied to the body and energy field. Used to locate and clear stagnant frequencies, including emotional residue from past relationships stored in the body and biofield. Energy medicine~Drawing on 30+ years of practice energy and intuition medicine and spiritual healing. Working directly with the chakras, aura and human energy system. Biofield work~The human biofield extends beyond the physical body and stores emotional and relational history. Biofield clearing releases what the conscious mind can't always access in the form of old attachments, inherited patterns, energetic cords. Flower essences~Vibrational flower remedies selected for your specific emotional and energetic state. Used before or after session work to support the integration of frequency shifts. Somatic integration~Breath awareness and body-based anchoring helps the nervous system receive and integrate the frequency shifts that occur during the session. Sound frequencies measurably shift brainwave states (from beta to alpha/theta).
