Stecia is a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, life and relationship coach, energy healer, sound healer and biofeedback practitioner.  She holds a masters degree in counseling psychology.  In addition to her work as a psychotherapist, Stecia has been studying energy medicine for over 30 years. and completed the Masters Certificate in Intuition Medicine at the Academy of Intuition Medicine. Stecia is also a certified Hypnotherapist and studied at the Hypnotherapy Training Institute, one of the few licensed hypnotherapy schools in the world. In addition to psychology, hypnotherapy, energy healing and biofeedback, Stecia has also completed training in flower essence use and preparation, family herbal studies, life and relationship coaching and sound healing.

Her wide scope of training allows Stecia to draw on a range of modalities to customize sessions with the approach and tools that best fit the unique needs of each individual client.​​​​
