Hi, I am so glad you are here. I am a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, life and relationship coach, energy healer, sound healer and biofeedback practitioner.  I hold a masters degree in counseling psychology from Northwestern.  In addition to my work as a psychotherapist, I have been studying energy medicine for over 30 years, including studying closely with energy medicine pioneer Jack Schwarz and completing the Masters Certificate in Intuition Medicine at the Academy of Intuition Medicine. I am also a certified Hypnotherapist and studied at the Hypnotherapy Training Institute, one of the few licensed hypnotherapy schools in the world. In addition to psychology, hypnotherapy, energy healing and biofeedback, I have completed training in flower essence use and preparation, family herbal studies, life and relationship coaching and sound healing.

This wide scope of training allows me to draw on a vast array of modalities to customize our sessions with the approach and tools that best fit the unique needs of each individual client.
