Who we swipe on, what we project, how we show up on a first date, what we settle for or sabotage, is often driven by subconscious beliefs and programming of which we are mostly unaware. Dating coaching in this framework addresses the inner patterns first, then the outer strategy: how to be discerning rather than reactive, how to date from a place of wholeness rather than lack, and how to recognize genuine alignment versus familiar chemistry.
