Intentional Life and Relationship Coaching Your love life does not exist in isolation. Rather, it is embedded in the larger context of how you live, what you value, what you believe is possible and what you are creating day to day. Our work together addresses you as a whole person: purpose, patterns, self-worth, career, home, the conscious design of a life that reflects your deepest truth so that your life and relationships with yourself and others feel aligned and in-flow. Every relationship we attract is a mirror of our beliefs, our wounds, our subconscious agreements. This work examines our full relational landscape through attachment patterns, family systems, energetic dynamics, communication, values and clarity about what we are truly calling in. Using psychology, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and conscious intention, together we shift the pattern at its root, not just its surface expression.
