Flower essences~Vibrational flower remedies selected for your specific emotional and energetic state. Used before or after session work to support the integration of frequency shifts. Somatic integration~Breath awareness and body-based anchoring helps the nervous system receive and integrate the frequency shifts that occur during the session.
